This drop is how new masters enter SVUCEGXD SOUND without Google Drive. It is intake only — files land in the upload queue with status awaiting pipeline; nothing here publishes or feeds any other system yet.
How storage works tonight: the upload API stores to cloud storage when it is connected; while it answers backend_storage_awaiting, files are kept automatically in this browser's local vault (IndexedDB) and badged as browser-only below. Server uploads are also capped by the hosting per-request body limit (about 100 MB on the free plan) — the local vault has no per-file cap like that, only your browser's storage quota.
